Role: Inspection, packaging, dispatch.

The craft: For me it’s all about the best possible customer service. That means ensuring a perfect product; getting the right kind of packaging and getting our products delivered to customers on time wherever they are in the world.

Each product might be uniquely made one piece at a time, but the quality is across the board. I inspect for marks, pinholes and the best possible shine. With packaging, I go the extra mile to make sure that receiving one of our products is a special experience from the moment our customers open the gift-box lid.

The hallmark of Wentworth Pewter: I’ve actually been in the pewter industry for over 25 years, so I’ve seen companies come and go. Wentworth Pewter is a family-run business, which means there’s a personal touch but we’re also strong on customer service with fast turn around on our orders.
